No more hot flashes

No more hot flashes! I began experiencing hot flashes the night before my 49th birthday. After some experimentation, I'm pleased to report that for 1-2 months now, they have disappeared! I take two capsules at night, biting a hole in them before swallowing as I find the taste agreeable. Initially, I tried a higher dose of evening primrose during the day, but it gave me headaches. This Omega Woman blend is the solution! A few months later, I started having hot flashes again, but I found Estroven, which worked wonders within a week! I'm finally sleeping well with no more hot flashes.

I love this product! I used it years ago, switched to fish or krill oil, but upon returning, noticed a remarkable difference. As a woman over 50, I’ve battled hot flashes and night sweats for many years. By taking two a day, my symptoms nearly vanish! My doctor suggested these years ago, and I will not stop taking them again!

Normally, I don’t write reviews, but these are so effective I felt compelled to share. After starting to experience hot flashes, I purchased this while waiting for a naturopath appointment. Within a week, my hot flashes vanished, and I was able to sleep again. Initially, I took two in the morning and two at night but have since reduced my night dose without losing effectiveness. I had a cold and missed a few days, which caused hot flashes to return, proving how well they work. I'm very grateful for this product.
